เรื่องราวของเรา
OUR STORY

In 2015, the Chanta family made the bold decision to grow their own organic produce at Boon Luck Farm, nestled in the pristine hinterland of Byron Bay. What started as a mission to source truly authentic Asian vegetables and herbs became a labour of love - a farm that feeds both the soul and the kitchen.
The name "Boon Luck" comes from the Thai word for merit and good fortune. Every seed planted, every crop harvested carries that intention - to produce food that nourishes with integrity, flavour, and care.
Today the farm supplies Chat Thai's five Sydney restaurants with rare and exotic citrus fruits, leafy greens, Thai basils, galangal, lemongrass, turmeric, kaffir lime, and dozens of other aromatics that you simply cannot find at conventional suppliers.

WHAT WE GROW
At Boon Luck Farm we cultivate a remarkable variety of produce that is almost impossible to source authentically in Australia - from Thai basil and holy basil to bird's eye chillies, pea eggplants, and Siamese watercress.
Our rare citrus grove includes Makrut lime, Somsa (Thai sour orange), and Manao - essential ingredients that define the unmistakable tang and fragrance of authentic Thai cooking.
The aromatic garden yields galangal, lemongrass, turmeric, pandan, and sawtooth coriander - herbs that carry the true scent of Thailand and cannot be replicated by commercial alternatives.

Now more than ever, an emphasis on sustainability, authenticity, and immunity-boosting ingredients - without compromising on price - is vital to the well-being of our diners, our land, and our children.
